People inside and outside of Sign of Hope can use the reporting system to report possible misconduct in connection with the organization worldwide.

Who can report and why?

We encourage anyone (e.g. employees, volunteers, suppliers, partners, contractors and advisors of Signs of Hope or members of the public) to come forward with credible information about misconduct or incidents. This includes: Fraud and corruption, sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, child protection, security incidents, health, data protection breaches and misuse of emblems. The possible misconduct is directed against the Code of Conduct and other policies of Sign of Hope.

How to report?

The information can be communicated securely and confidentially via the following channels:

Whistleblower portal

You can submit a report anonymously in writing or verbally via the Integrity-Line-platform or disclose your identity. To ensure secure transmission and your anonymity, the data provided is encrypted and transmitted via an independent server.

Email or telephone

You can also send a report to our Compliance Manager or make an appointment for a personal meeting: compliance@sign-of-hope.org.
Please note: The more factual information you provide (who, what, where, when, why and how), the more successfully your report will be followed up by the case manager.

    Sign of Hope has zero tolerance for sexual abuse, sexual exploitation and harassment.

    Our "Standard Operating Procedures" provide a binding description of the internal and external guidelines, processes and rules for financial accounting at Sign of Hope.
